PSEG was recently awarded the 2022 Campus Forward Award by Ripplematch for the second year in a row. The Campus Forward Awards recognize the top early career teams and programs in the nation. The company was nominated for the award by interns that have participated in our early hiring program and rated their experience here.
Through a detailed application process, companies across various industries share their approach to recruitment, candidate experience, DE&I, and internship and entry-level programming.

The internship program helps drive innovation and expand the diverse talent pipeline that contributes to our Powering Progress mission,” Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity Officer Sheila Rostiac said. “Receiving this award for the second year in a row shows our continued dedication in creating a meaningful experience for our interns with the hope that interns will be able to hone their skills and develop some new ones.”
