Customer letter: exceptional service = loyalty

Trenton Gas’ Mike Tomaseck provides consistently great service.

Sometimes our customers are so pleased with an employee’s service that they take time to write to our Chair, President and CEO Ralph LaRossa and other senior executive team members. Read the high praise recently offered by Princeton resident Ron Davis who became a PSE&G customer in 2004:

“Over these years I’ve had mostly good experiences from your organization. In 2021 we had an equipment concern and the technician that arrived for the scheduled appointment was Mike Tomaseck. Right from the start my wife and I noticed that he took the time to listen to what we had to say and asked good questions, and then pursued his analysis. He was efficient and clearly knew his stuff. He identified some issues needing attention and was able to explain it to us in understandable terms. There’s no question he inspired our confidence in his skills and in PSE&G overall.
