Earlier this month, we celebrated Customer Service Week. To mark the occasion, we’re recognizing the people who strive to make your experience with us smooth and dependable – our incredible team. Whether it’s helping you understand your bill, restoring power during a storm, performing critical equipment maintenance or guiding you through energy-saving programs, our PSE&G team members are here every day to help power the lives of our customers and make sure they feel heard and informed.

One of our values is to be our customers’ trusted partners and have their backs. We’re proud to be our customers’ trusted energy partner, and we believe in the importance of making every interaction count – whether that’s over the phone, online, at one of our 16 customer service centers throughout our service territory or out in the field. 

Over the summer, one customer wrote to us to acknowledge the exemplary customer service of the technician who was dispatched to remedy issues with the home’s furnace and air conditioning unit. 

The customer wrote about the technician: “He is reassuring, professional and consistently follows through on his commitments. It is clear that he genuinely cares about his work and the customers he serves … thank you for having such committed and customer-focused individuals on your team.” 

Another customer recently emailed our team to recognize our communication regarding planned work that had to be rescheduled due to weather. According to that customer, they appreciated how we communicated with all the impacted customers in the neighborhood about the project and kept them informed throughout the process. 

Following transformer replacements at a local shopping center, another customer praised our level of service and attention to detail, noting that multiple retailers in the center were pleased with the level of work performed.  

These customer stories underscore the importance of the work we do.
