PSE&G has set up several Customer Comfort Stations. Following physical distancing and state health guidelines, customers can receive free water and ice. We ask that upon arrival, you drive up and open your trunk so our employees can place water and ice in it. Locations and hours of operation are below.

My dad is on hospice care we have to put our food in the garage. I was able to send some of my food to my son’s house. I have to buy fast food three times a day. I’m also losing two days of pay I can’t work with out power to my computer. How can we get what we need….

Still without power yet your map indicates no outages in the area (yet actually the entire area is without power including traffic lights). You guys get a big fat “F” grade when it comes to how you communicate with your customers. Beyond disappointing.
The “comment screeners” must be very busy tonight as very few comments are actually getting posted. Shameful behavior PSE&G.

Why hasn’t Long Island customers gotten this kind of help?
Gloucester county may not have been as hard hit as the rest of the state, but there are many of us still without power 36 hours later. Where’s our ice and water?
I live in Greenville in jersey city and we already without light for two days .
They saiding that we might get it by tomorrow night at 11pm now they say Monday.
I sick with asthma and diabetes.
You guys are horrible for this. Y’all don’t care about the minorities, families can’t get there or travel with there hungry children across town. You guys need to put some closer. This is ridiculous

3 days n counting
No Lights
It is Thursday at 8:57pm and my neighborhood is still without power….WE could use some water and ice here…Long Island, Suffolk County, North Babylon. This is disgusting. How about providing for the people who have been going days without power?!
It’s gonna be 3 days without lights don’t understand why I’m probably not the only one when I was everything in my refrigerator and freezer I don’t understand why is taking you so long to take care of the problem

Where’s the comfort station in for NEW YORKERS I asked earlier today and no answer yet…. I live 3 blocks from PSE&G, I circle their parking lot and didn’t see any water or ice
A tremendous storm has impacted many and although it takes time to restore services, is there a number for those of us to call to be reimbursed for the food we have lost.With the pandemic and loss of jobs other than ice and water please provide a number so we can report the estimated cost of food loss
